The DSC PG9920 extends communication between compatible North American PowerG wireless devices and the alarm system receiver. It is intended for sites where building size, construction materials or device placement make additional PowerG coverage necessary.

Compatibility and placement

The PG9920 is a PowerG repeater, not a Wi-Fi, cellular or Z-Wave extender. It must be enrolled with a compatible PowerG receiver or control panel and positioned after a professional wireless signal survey. PowerG radio frequency is region-specific; confirm the receiver and every wireless device use the matching North American frequency before ordering.
